Victory Jumbo is a Nigerian hospitality entrepreneur, food service professional and the Founder & Chief Executive Officer of Celebrazioni Catering, a growing hospitality and industrial catering company with operations in Lagos and Port Harcourt. With a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from the University of Lagos and professional catering training from City & Guilds of London, Victory combines business strategy with deep practical experience across culinary operations, hospitality management, food & beverage, industrial catering and large-scale event execution. Before founding Celebrazioni in 2018, he builds his experience across leading hospitality and food businesses, including Zaika Foods, Lekki Miami Beach Resort, 355 Group and Capital Club West Africa, taking on responsibilities spanning operations, food service, applications, pre-openings and management. Today, he leads Celebrazioni with a focus on operational excellence, innovation, service quality and building systems that create sustainable businesses. Under his leadership, the company delivers industrial, corporate and premium event catering, alongside facility management, ship chandling and broader hospitality solutions. Victory is passionate about the growth of Nigeria’s hospitality industry and regularly contributes to conversations around entrepreneurship, business growth, leadership and the realities of building sustainable businesses in Nigeria. His vision is to build Celebrazioni into “Africa’s greatest export in industrial catering”—a world-class African hospitality brand built from Nigeria.
