Larte is an entrepreneur and tech enthusiast with unwavering belief in job creation and human capacity development. He has played strategic roles in several start-ups in key industries such as food and beverage, retail, agriculture and construction with a strong track record in team management and business process building for over 15 years. He believes in a solution-centric approach in dealing with societal and generational challenges and frowns at magnifying issues. He is an electrical engineer with majors in electronics. He also holds an MBA from the University of Bradford, UK and a diploma in Management Consulting from the Institute of Consulting (IC) where is a fellow. He is also a fellow of the Chartered Institute of Consulting in the UK (CIM) and currently lectures at the Garden City Premier Business School in Port Harcourt.
