Chef Edward's Food House
Edward Bright, a proud member of the Ekpeye tribe from Ahoada in Rivers State, was born 46 years ago. He holds a B.Sc. in Geophysics from the University of Port Harcourt and pursued his passion for culinary arts with a Diploma in Culinary Arts from Sun City Culinary in South Africa and another in Culinary Science from Terru Bei in Senegal.
Edward’s culinary journey began in 2006, where he had the privilege of being one of the chefs catering for the Miss World dinner party in Cross River State, during Donald Duke’s administration. Following this experience, he opened his first bukka in Ogbunabali. Three years later, he founded his first catering company, Cinnamon and Sauces, in Trans Amadi. In 2019, he established Chef Edward's Food House in GRA, where he continues to serve till date.
